I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family!!! My father, an old man, slammed the door of his house and stayed outside. It's not easy for an old man. I was so worried. I do have a spare key, but I live far away. I contacted Sturgill Expert Locksmith and asked how long they would be able to reach my father's house. They said they would be there in less than an hour. And they did. They broke the lock. At least my father could go into the house. At my request, Sturgill Expert Locksmith went out to buy an new lock and installed it. They agreed not to receive payment from my father, and to wait for my transfer to their account. The price was reasonable. Excellent attitude, courteous and generous service. Well done, Sturgill Expert Locksmith.

Fast response timem, friendly and good service!! Sturgill Expert Locksmith did a great job repairing a lock in our rental home. They came exactly when they said they would and their solution was exactly as they had speculated when I described it by phone and the cost was within the estimate he provided in advance. They are very friendly, stratight forward and very customer-service oriented. I recommend Sturgill Expert Locksmith without any reservations.

This is not a local locksmith. They list the address as 215 S Main in Royal Oak, but that address is a restaurant, not a locksmith. If you call the number and ask if this is Stugrill, they will say no, it's a locksmith. When you tell them that you need lock help, they will have someone call you back who appears to be a local service person. Problem is, this local service person isn't a locksmith, it's a guy with a drill. That is the only tool that they have to get your door open. And then they will leave and it's up to you to install a new lock. Oh, and as mentioned above, they charge exorbitant fees. They know nothing about locks and if you do a web search of this company, nothing shows up - the only place that this shows up is on Google Maps. I will be making a complaint to the state.

I couldn't hit no star so I had to give 1. These people told us they would charge between 19 and 75 dollars and be there in 25 minutes, it took them an hour and they charged my husband 250 dollars to stick a slim Jim in the window. It literally took them less then 2 minutes, I am absolutely floored a company or anyone would charge a family holding a 19 month old baby locked out of their car at a pediatrician appointment 250 dollars for less then a 5 minute job. They literally are robbing you without a gun. My husband didn't tell me what happened until we had already pulled off, or they would had locked them keys right back in there and I would had called someone eles. When I called they hung up on me, go figure.
