Şoför gelmedi. Birkaç kez geri aradım. Nihayetinde şoförün trafikte sıkıştığını ve ne kadar daha beklemem gerektiği hakkında hiçbir fikri olmadığını söylediler (zaten 2,5 saat oldu!). “Başka birini aramalı mıyım?” diye sordum. O da “Belki bu en iyisi olur.” diye yanıtladı. Sinir bozucu olan, dondurucu sıcaklıklarda dışarıda kaldığımın umurlarında olmamasıydı (bir tür acil durum, değil mi?) ve durumumu önceliklendirmemeleriydi. Çağrı merkezlerinden çok hayal kırıklığına uğradım!! Başka birini aradım!!

I would like to say thank you for the excellent service and timely response. I’m in the alarm, camera and audio/video business, but do minimal access control. As my morning started, I was driving to the job site , knowing that I had electric door strikes to cut in, along with changing the existing hardware. I decided this is a job for a locksmith.
