My sisters and I got stranded on the side of the highway right past Haggerstown on our way home to Ohio. They showed up in about 10 minutes, and were so helpful and nice I could have cried. The lady's name was Loren and she was the best help we have ever received anywhere. I genuinely am so thankful for this companies service. Not only that but Loren dropped our car off and when we were gonna walk to a hotel she dropped us off free of charge since it was pretty close that they were so kind. Use this company, they work very hard to help others.

Arrived quickly and got loaded on the flatbed quickly! The lady that called to get info about my location was super pleasant and understanding. Made sure the tow was to me expeditiously due to where we were and the extreme heat conditions. Both her and the tow tech were extremely pleasant, professional, helpful, and understanding.
