I contacted him at 6pm expecting an appointment for the next day but he was here in 30 mins. Made my key and had it programmed, cut and the factory remote start even worked. He was very friendly and pleasant and I even paid more for his top notch service than he requested. I will definitely have him back for more lock service I have planned. Was totally impressed with this company. I'm a tough customer to please but was A+ service. Thanks again!!

We replaced our ignition after losing our keys, only to find out it triggered our security system flashing codes that the keys needed to be programmed to the truck. I called in and the operator was very patient and hospitable with me as I looked for the requested information. Igor was the responding technician who has returned my call in less than 10min and perfectly arrived in his quoted ETA over the phone. He was very polite and informative and extremely fast with the job. I've never had such a fast and successful experience as this was. I'll be recommending this company and technician as often as I can. Thank you for your services Igor!

Dispatch was quick and technician arrived quickly. However I believe I was grossly overcharged and the technician didn't seem to want to be there. I was locked out of my garage and was told the lock couldn't be picked. So instead the lock had to be drilled and destroyed. Costs me about 30 more than what I was quoted for a residential lockout. How does drilling and destroying a lock cost more than picking it? For what I was charged I could easily have bought a whole new drill and bit and done the job myself. Kind of disappointed by the price and the attitude the technician had. EDIT. I understand locks have to drilled, that's not what I'm upset about. It's the arrogance of the technician and the owner apparently. After reading tons of their reviews the owner almost always responds but many times in a condescending way. Very arrogant and off putting...
