I'd never used their service before, but was able to scan my key and place my order in probably less than two minutes -- the kiosk was that easy to use. Their price was very fair, I received helpful status emails (including one with tracking information for my shipment), and received my new key in just over a week. Oh, and of course, the key worked perfectly.
