I later got a message saying I was going to have my details sent to the police. I called to clear the situation and talked to the rudest lady ever that pretty much in her own words said that I was lying the technician told them I didn’t pay

I bought seven of the same key at a kiosk inside Lowe's. None of the keys worked. I returned them to Lowe's and they directed me to the website. I sent an email per the receipt and have not received a response. Even though I have had great luck with the kiosk in the past, I will not in the future. The employee made keys for me and there was no problem. UPDATE: When I called on Monday, the employee promised a full refund for the unusable keys. As long as the credit comes through, the transaction is resolved successfully.
