My Grandfather was a constant Noack customer when he owned many rental properties in Port Arthur. I can remember leaving Romeros Glass and dropping into Noack, a block away at DeQueen and Bluebonnet. Those were the days! The service was the greatest! Going into Noacks new Nederland location and dealing with the lady behind the counter, who would not let me get out what I wanted to say, and then telling me abruptly to wear a mask, while she had not a mask either, made me realize something my Grandfather once told me. "People, with sweat and tears , who build a great business, learn the value of a dollar and good customer service can have their legacy tarnished by a rude, all expecting kid or friend heir!" Wow!

This guy, is Something Else, hes very, very, reasonable! Hes very friendly, he goes out on calls that's quiet a distance and still charges same flat fee, just because he doesn't want to rake anyone over the coals, in these hard times!
