Hizmet talep ettim ve kimse gelmedi! Temsilci "Ahmad" hizmet verilmeden önce karttan para alınmadığını yalan söyledi! "Ahmad" bana başka birinin cevap verdiği iddia edilen bir kişisel telefon numarası verdi ve ona ulaşamadım! Bir temsilci, çilingir ekibinin gelmemesinin nedeninin bir acil durum olduğunu söyledi... Daha sonra iddia edilen süpervizör tarafından anahtarın yapılamayacağını öğrendim... Ahmad bunun yapılabileceğini söyledi: başka bir yalan... Bu adamların hizmetleri kötü ve muhtemelen dolandırıcılar.

What a great resource. Danny was super friendly and went above and beyond. Really knowledgeable about locks and no problem is too big. Fast and courteous, and came out at 10pm. Would use this business again for sure

He was great in being courteous and professional, as well as timely when talking to him on the phone. It made me feel comfortable explaining about my reliable, yet quirky 1990 car issues; as opposed to certain AAA workers that came out but were a bit on the rude side, and especially the man on the phone afterwards. That is, except for the wonderful woman who connected me to (wish I knew her name too, to put here). And before even arrived, he was also courteous and professional over the phone. When he came out, that all continued and not only that but he opened the door and gave my car a jumpstart in hardly no time at all! Thank you so much, because he was great as well as solved it!
