Great experience with a Pop-A-Lock. Brad came out and got me taken care of same day! He was friendly and professional. I bought a truck with a severely damaged ignition cylinder, which in turn broke my key. He replaced the whole ignition cylinder, got me 3 new keys and got my truck running again in no time. Also worth mentioning the price was excellent at about $75 cheaper than the other companies I called and *hundreds* of dollars cheaper than the dealership. These guys will be my go-to for any future lock needs.

Called late at night for a house lockout and customer service took our information and said that a tech would be out within 35-55 minutes. One hour passes and we tried to call back, but they hung up on us twice and when someone finally picked up, they said no one would be available until 6am. Totally fine if you’re not a 24-hour service, but train your employees to tell people accurate information instead of wasting their time on you. Will never call them back and recommend anyone in a bind not in the middle of the day call someone else.

Using Pop-A-Lock was a easy, and positive experience all the way. Josh's Arrival was ahead of time and he made my motorcycle key from scratch very quick... Well turned out ttheblank Josh had at the moment was the perfectly cut, just not the right size. At the moment it was unfortunate news but Josh made everything right by coming through the next week with the right blank and cut it in less than 5 mins. They key worked perfect and not only that but he came and fixed the issue for free. Dude is a very stand up and honest person. It's good to know I got a trusting company to go to if anything similar happens again. Big shoutout to Josh.
