I called the towing company, they were at my house within 20 minutes and they followed me to where I was having my car serviced, to make sure I got there safely.. I highly recommend this company

Car died out on i-80 called asking for a tow the man on the phone said it would normally be $175 for the tow but he would do it for $150 since there was no traffic. I was being upfront and honest with him and said I only had $80 cash on me and I would have to call back if I could get money together. Well after 3 hours of sitting on the side of the highway I finally got a bank transfer and had money to pay so I called back. The man who answered the phone asked where I was and when I told him he said oh wait your the girl I talked to earlier and your still sitting there now it will be $300. When I went to respond before I could even get a word out of my mouth he cut me off saying actually $400. Went to speak again he cut me off saying oop $500. Tried to speak again and cut me off one more time saying now $600 before hanging up on me. Here is the thing if you own a business that helps stranded people you have to understand that sometimes a person just can't afford your price right away. I needed to arrange for the money to be transferred to my bank account. To say he was childish and flat out ignorant is an understatement !!! I hope he never finds himself down on his luck and has someone treat him the way he treated me !!! The only way I would every recommend this man or his business would be if you like being cussed out, belittled, and want to pay someone for doing it then be my guest this man is a pro !!! Save your money and your time because he won't even let you speak let alone treat you like a human being !!! Also beware he has multiple different numbers associated with his business. If the business you own is reputable you should only need 1 number and not have to hide your business behind several different numbers because of how god awful you are !!!

Я зателефонував пану QuickPick у четвер ввечері о 7:15, щоб замовити евакуатор. Оператор спочатку був дуже дружнім і запевнив мене, що евакуатор приїде за 30-45 хвилин. Після 45 хвилин я знову зателефонував оператору, і він сказав мені, що евакуатор приїде будь-якої миті. Після ще 30 хвилин очікування я намагався зателефонувати 5 або 6 разів, але так і не зміг його дістати. Якщо ви не збираєтеся приїжджати, просто скажіть мені, щоб я не витрачав свій час.
