We have used Minkel for as long as I can remember for keys, matched locks and automotive applications. They really know their business. It’s not a kid with a bad attitude like in a big box store. It’s usually a family member that could probably make keys before they could do their A B C ‘s. In addition, Walter is a wealth of knowledge on so many things. Very interesting guy to speak with. This place is so unprofessional, I called them about a key problem for my BMW and they said they’re going to be on their way to help fix the issue. I waited about 30mins and they called back saying they can not help us it’s a mechanical issue without even helping nor even coming to help!!! my car is at a mechanic and told me it’s a key problem!!!!! These people didn’t even bother to come! so how do they know what’s the issue?! I will never recommend this place to anyone. They hang up the phone on you when they’re in the wrong!!! So unprofessional it’s disgusting. If you didn’t want to help you should’ve said that instead of making up a poor excuse and not even trying! PATHETIC!!!!

I am utterly appalled at the level of disrespect and awful customer service. The representative on the phone continuously hung up the phone and was very rude which was uncalled for. If you cannot even get decent customer service on the phone, imagine how mediocre their service would be.

Asked them to come unlock our front door. They took a crowbar and ripped open the front door, cracking our interior molding and chipping the paint on the interior and exterior. Charged $180 for the service and refused to return our calls or help fix the damage.
