EDITED AFTER THE COMPANY ACCUSED ME OF NOT CHECKING IF IT WAS THEM OR NOT (which it was): I was just now driving on highway 33 in Dublin Ohio when I became victim to unsafe and erratic driving buy a man driving one of these tow trucks. He almost side swiped my car because he didn’t check his blind spot. Thankfully I’m from a city where defensive driving is necessary so I got out of the lane quickly And YES I verified this was the same company because it had an area code 304 phone number on the side of it... which is for this exact company. Trust me, I would know the area codes of Columbus and I know that ain’t one. Not very classy for a company to assume a customer is wrong before checking the facts. Last I checked, towing companies can tow vehicles long distances (other reviews have also proven that you drive to Ohio). They don’t always stay in the area in which their company is based... plus, I wasn’t saying that this company “serviced” Dublin.... it was simply the city in which the truck was driving through when I was practically forced off the road by one of the trucks with your emblem and phone number on the side ... sounds like someone is either illegally driving your truck out of your service area or you don’t know the whereabouts of your drivers... but get looking into that 🙄... I’m sorry if this seems mean but I take my life seriously and drive safely... the men in that truck didn’t do the same and didn’t even apologize after I honked at them to tell them of their discretion. So I felt the need to let the company and others know that these men in this truck are on the road representing your company

I was driving from Columbus, OH to Lake Norman, NC to visit my parents when my car broke down. I called AAA and had it towed to this repair shop. I obviously didn't have a scheduled appointment, but Chris dropped everything (and you could tell he was super busy) and did everything he could to try to help me find the issue. After figuring it out, he informed me he wouldn't be able to fix it, but did recommend another place that could (a dealership, as they could likely fix AND it would have been under warranty - so they not only recommended a reliable place, but saved me a ton of money, too). It wasn't the closest place, but I listened to Chris' recommendation and went a bit farther out of my way because of it. Boy, was he right!!! The place I went to next was able to find the issue and fix it for me, and I was back on the road in 30 minutes! If it weren't for Chris and the folks at 2 Guys, I wouldn't have had any clue where to go. I was so distracted by the situation and arranging another AAA tow, that I didn't even ask him what I owed him, and he never even mentioned payment for his time!!! (I still feel badly for that, by the way, Chris, if you're reading this.) I just want to thank Chris and his team at 2 Guys for doing everything they could and giving me a great recommendation!!! It really saved me, and I can't say enough good things about how I was treated. They really made a terribly unfortunate and disappointing situation much, much better. Thanks, everyone at 2 Guys!
