Machine worked fine and the duplicates all worked; for that 5 Stars. Billing only 1 Star thus 3 Total. Initially I saw two charges of $8.54 for the two duplicates I had made (3 copies each). One was for Minute Key the second had a different name. The next day the second charge was deleted with the different name had disappeared. Why, I have no idea.

I used the Minute Key machine at my local Lowe's Hardware store and It was a very fast and convenient machine to use I needed 3 keys made and the job was done very well. My only dislike was not having a lot of key choices to choose from to make my keys but overall a great experience !!

Was extremely helpful and capable. Price was much better than I had even thought to hope for. The guy knows his stuff and is very obviously into what he does. I only recommend this locksmith ever. Down to earth and not out to do little and charge allot like most locksmiths. Lifesaver.
