I’ve tried to call this store 5 times. Hilda has tried to patch me through and even left them my number to call back. I can’t continue to try to patronize a store that doesn’t want my money. The locksmith was right on time (actually a little early). He did a new installation of a deadbolt and was done in about half an hour. Work was clean and professional, well done. And he cleaned up the wood shavings and the worksite in a professional manner. I would use Reliable Pro Locksmiths again for locksmith services

If I could leave no stars I would! I called to get a quote and was told they charge $19.99 to come out and prices start at $95. I got a quote for $140 and wanted to know if it was more then that the lady said whatever and hung up on me! Extremely rude and unprofessional! Do not use this buisness. Customer service is important!
