Extremely expensive and overpriced! Trying to help a small business out, got laughed at when I said that, charged $6.95 for a key and to have it made. Cheaper to go to Walmart or Home Depot for $2 I’ll take my business else where

Man they try to finesse you! They are like a middleman. The dealer is way cheaper for a Honda pilot key cut! I spoke to the dealer and then these dudes have the balls to tell me they are cheaper! You finessing me 150bucks more. Not recomend. Plus their techs have a attitude problem. Like always looking to fight you over the phone.

I called for an urgent service. The first time I called was the la puente name and he said he would call me back in 10 minutes to let me know if anyone was available. 10 minutes passed and nothing so I called the Covina locksmith not knowing it was the same person. I asked if they had someone available. I couldn’t understand what he said. When I repeated the question he made a sigh and hung up on me. Absolute horrible and rude! I ended up finding someone else that was really nice and was able to go immediately. Do not bother wasting your money with a company that has horrible customer service.

I called to ask if they can cut a key at location. And they wanted to send a tech to me. When I mentioned all I need is simple key cutting. She hanged up . They need to learn some respect and customer service.
