Man they try to finesse you! They are like a middleman. The dealer is way cheaper for a Honda pilot key cut! I spoke to the dealer and then these dudes have the balls to tell me they are cheaper! You finessing me 150bucks more. Not recomend. Plus their techs have a attitude problem. Like always looking to fight you over the phone.

Lost my ML320 key and remote. They came by made a new key and programmed a new remote in the same day. Depending on the model of your Mercedes it could be a little pricey but had no other choice. Would recommend to friends.

Our metal key broke off our fob and Top Tech was able to repair in less than 30 mins. This is the best place to go hands down if your in a financial hardship. Instead of offering us a brand new key (which everyone else tried to do for $260-400+a service fee) he made a new one an programmed it for under $100 dollars. I’m extremely happy I found this place and will recommend to anyone having the same problem.
