Terrible prices go to the local key copy service. Cost is literally 4x the other guys. Kiosk is hard to find with no actual directions.

Man they try to finesse you! They are like a middleman. The dealer is way cheaper for a Honda pilot key cut! I spoke to the dealer and then these dudes have the balls to tell me they are cheaper! You finessing me 150bucks more. Not recomend. Plus their techs have a attitude problem. Like always looking to fight you over the phone.

Needed keys duplicated. Very quick and cheap. A lot of people have complained about the service, and I get it, but I honestly don't need to be friends with the owner, I just need quick, reliable, and cheap service.

I needed a few special keys made that you really can't get made at your run of the mill store. Called in ahead of time to check availability and I decided to head over before they closed. Great customer service, fair prices and great quality in the keys that were made, it really was quick and easy. Will be coming here for all my future lock and key needs. So happy I found Jack's.

I love this place, they get it right every time- the 1st time. But today marks the 3rd time I took Google's misinformation. Google says they close at 530pm. Lie . They close at 5pm. Make a note of that .

Been going here for decades. I had great service no matter who was behind the counter. While I know I can get it cheaper someplace else. The quality of thier work makes it worth while. Nothing more frustrating than going back and forth to having keys remade.
