Our metal key broke off our fob and Top Tech was able to repair in less than 30 mins. This is the best place to go hands down if your in a financial hardship. Instead of offering us a brand new key (which everyone else tried to do for $260-400+a service fee) he made a new one an programmed it for under $100 dollars. I’m extremely happy I found this place and will recommend to anyone having the same problem.

Person on phone says price will start at $55, tech will leave from Diamond Bar for a home in Diamond Bar, tech will assess and quote a price if more, and tech will arrive in 30 min to 1 hr. When I said I was specifically calling bc business was listed as Diamond Bar, she said tech is in Diamond Bar but she is required to say 30 to 60 minutes, even if it will take few minutes to arrive). Tech arrived in 1hr 45 min, saying traffic on freeway, says $200 to open a lock or $80 to drill. When I refused service unless for $55, since there are others advertising $45. He took about one minute to pick the lock open.

Overcharged me. Got the job done so 2 stars but, once the technician saw the door lock, and a simple commercial push lock, told me it was going to be $80 more than what was told on the phone. Other lock smith companies charge for less, even at 7:30pm. Do not recommend.
