We hired Samurai Locksmith to replace a key fob for my 2015 Nissan Altima, and little did I imagine, this would turn out to be an expensive nightmare and a lesson to be learned. Samurai Locksmith sold me a key fob and programmed it for $250 bucks; however, when given the key, I had noticed an extra button (remote start) I never had with my original set of keys. They assured me this key was for my vehicle however was instructed that I needed to replace the starter sensor for it to work. I took my car to Nissan’s dealership shortly after my replacement because we started to have issues starting the vehicle. It would take up to 10 to 15 minutes for the key to connect, and I assumed the problem was caused by the starter sensor they had mentioned. Come to learn, we had the wrong key fob, and my car never had the remote start feature, as Samurai had previously said. I had to purchase a new key fob and reset and program Altima’s vehicle control module to have the vehicle communicate with the key fob. We did not have a starter sensor problem, to begin with, and had to pay a hefty price tag for believing the locksmith's word at the time of service. Since then, I have tried to contact Samurai on numerous occasions to request a refund for the wrong key and have had no luck. Rest assured, I will pursue all available legal remedies to get my money back, plus my dealership expense, legal fees, and court costs. Their business practice is unethical, and I HIGHLY recommend that everyone STAY AWAY and find a more reliable locksmith.

Samurai Locksmith was amazing! I had lost my only keys to my mustang and house right outside of target. I was outside of target no longer than 1 hour! He showed up in just thirty minutes and was able to make my key. I loved the service very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. You won’t be disappointed!

STAY AWAY!!! My son got stranded in Ontario, CA; and he called and requested their services. Upon arrival they asked for his Driver's License and $150.00 up front, upon they failing to get key made, he asked for money & DL to no avail thus police is being called. Stay away from these people!!!!

Terrible horrible people please do no use they are terrible people we made a deal and I go and ask to me meet up with them they lag they are a no show

Called to get a key made that we lost for our RV. They said they would be there around 2pm. They never showed up or called. I gave them a call the next morning, he apologized and said he got busy and forgot to call. I said ok, no biggie things happen. Again he told me he would come out around 2pm. Same thing, no show and no call. Both days I cleared my afternoon calendar and he completely wasted my time both days. I would not recommend
