Ordered a product from maxmysafe. Reached out to them for a confirmation or tracking number in both phone calls and emails with absolutely no response. At first the phone calls were unanswered, then both the number listed for them are conveniently "no longer in service". Then they charged my credit card! They are a complete scam! Don't purchase anything from this so called company!

My fiance and I accidentally locked ourselves out the apartment and called up Jack's Key Service because they had the best reviews on google and Google. Alex was awesome! He responded immediately and was LITERALLY so quick to get the door open for us. On top of that he offered to make us a copy of our keys right in his truck, so that was legit. Overall, Alex was super friendly and efficient and now I know who to call if we ever lock ourselves out again!
