Called them because I got a locked bedroom door. The staff told me they are going to charge $20 for traveling and the labor will starts at $30 depends on the work performed. Sounds great! Technician arrived fairly quick and was going to charge me $150 for the job. After some negotiation we settled at $100. the whole process took less than 5 minutes. If your technician is going to charge that much for such an easy job you can't say/advertise the labor cost starts at $30, which is obviously not the case. I kind of expected the real charge to be double of the starting price, but still I got a big surprise. The attitude of the technician was not professional at all and that's the main reason I gave 1 star.

After I lost my last mailbox key (I thought I had a spare), I needed a locksmith to break my old lock, install a new one, and give me new keys. The technician did a great job; I appreciated that he kept me informed about how long it was taking. He also had a good sense of humor about one of my neighbors calling the cops. If I need help with a lock or key, I’ll call this company again. I loved the quick service and the professional, good-natured attitude of the technician.

Called to ask a question. They did not do what it was I needed, which is no big deal. However, before I could ask a follow up question she hung up on me. What I needed to ask was where on earth are they! As the address on Google maps is a beauty salon and then it also says they are inside the stater brothers supermarket which they are not
