The key machine was easy to use. There could be an update to the machine to allow multiple keys to be copied in one transaction. Like do you have more keys to copy Y/N. I ended up paying 3 different times. I felt I should of got a free key since they offer a free 3rd key if you make 2 copies of a key and I was there to make 4 copys of different keys. Now you ask why 3 transactions if you had 4 keys to copy? The machine doesn't have small keys for locks (4th key). Overall I was satisfied with the ease of using the machine. Oh and If you pay cash the machine doesn't charge tax.
