Extremely expensive and overpriced! Trying to help a small business out, got laughed at when I said that, charged $6.95 for a key and to have it made. Cheaper to go to Walmart or Home Depot for $2 I’ll take my business else where

Man they try to finesse you! They are like a middleman. The dealer is way cheaper for a Honda pilot key cut! I spoke to the dealer and then these dudes have the balls to tell me they are cheaper! You finessing me 150bucks more. Not recomend. Plus their techs have a attitude problem. Like always looking to fight you over the phone.

Helpful, knowledgeable and courteous staff! I just moved to the area and needed to rekey my locks and JW Lock helped me out. I called to inquire about mobile and in-store service and they were upfront and honest about pricing. Since my condo only has two locks and I’m capable to install locks so I took two lock cylinders to their shop. They were able to complete the job within 30 minutes and I left with several duplicated keys as well.
