Man they try to finesse you! They are like a middleman. The dealer is way cheaper for a Honda pilot key cut! I spoke to the dealer and then these dudes have the balls to tell me they are cheaper! You finessing me 150bucks more. Not recomend. Plus their techs have a attitude problem. Like always looking to fight you over the phone.

As consumers we rely on this service to show up when they say they're going to. Our Saving Grace to get into our cars or homes when it's super dark outside or somebody's panicked or somebody needs to be somewhere. I was absolutely let down and disappointed...as I still am. Are you kidding me? Do not use this company! At 1 a.m. I was told somebody was coming to help unlock a car door in 20 minutes. An hour goes by & nobody calls and nobody shows. I called a few times around 2 a.m. and the phone just rang & rang. So I wait and I call at 8am in the morning and the woman who answers the phone tells me that the job was canceled due to them not being able to perform the job, and that's all the information she has. I told her that nobody called me to let me know they weren't coming. She said, "sorry that's all the information I have." I asked her if there was a way for her to get more information and she said she would call the manager and find out why the job wasn't done. As I was about to tell her thank you, because I would need more information, she had already hung up on me. I can't wait to find out why the company did not call to tell me that the job was canceled and had somebody locked out in the middle of the night without any idea of what was happening.

The lady over the phone did not make sense couldn’t give me a quote, I asked for the tech to call me and she said no she wanted to charge me $20 for the tech to look at it without giving me a quote for the keying being made. A horrible representation of the company. I am not going to waste my money with such a rude receptionist.
