Called KeyMe because we got locked out of my boyfriend's apartment. The rep took all of our information such as address and what kind of door is locked. She advised us they will charge $29 for service fee plus a quotation of $50-$200 depending on how much their partner will charge us. She advised she will have locksmith call us. 30 minutes later, guy from locksmith called us stating they will charge up to $150.00. We politely declined and the guy understood. We managed to open the door ourselves. Few minutes later, we received a call from KeyMe asking us for a payment of $29 for the "effort" and fee of the technician when all he did was tell us the pricing. She was insisting to charge us the service fee for answering our phone call. I think this is a scam and not professional at all!!!! So please be careful with these guys. DO NOT let then scam you!

They can also be mailed straight to your house if needed. Just recently started using keyme and I will continue to use their service from now on!
