It is bit expense for the key and the key is not professional. its a plain key and doesn't look like the vehicle key. not worth the value. but key works good. i really appreciate that.

I was in need of a house key duplicate and searched for a Keysmith. I was anticipating a dark, little dank key smith office in an old strip mall and a little old man crawling out from the back when I entered asking gruffly "what Do you need?"....those days are long gone! Loved the ease of the experience! will be back

Great key kiosk. I had tried a different kiosk before using this one, which didn't work as the key printed out very poorly. When I tried KeyMe they didn't have the key in stock but shipped the key to me, and it worked in opening my mailbox!! It also didn't print out a large logo on the key so when I return it to my landlord at the end of my lease, she won't be able to tell it's a copy since I lost my original one. Thank you!!

didn't know if to take my key off chain or not. probably better if you do, but i made sure I pushed it in so it got a good image. both worked just fine!

Thank you for helping with my locked car. The process was easy from start to finish. It was easy to call and get help. Getting help sent to me was quick and once they arrived to my car they were very fast in opening my car so I could grab my keys again. Thank you very much.

Call center took all the information then a "technician" called back and asked for $300-$400 to make a key fob for a 2020 Nissan Rouge. The technician was super rude and impatient when answering questions.
