It was pretty easy to use honestly. The machine takes a perfect scan of your key, even for cars!

So easy. At first I thought it was expensive $8 bucks for one house key. But on second thought it was sheer convenience. And sure enough, it opened my door like butter. I had had trouble making copies of this key at Home Depot. I had to return twice because they couldn't get it right . The key was to an old lock. I ended up getting my money back. It was a headache. Try it out, you'll love it.

If I could give a negative review I would. The guy who came to my house today was so unprofessional and was obviously trying to up price me. He just came in and immediately started taking the lock apart without assessing what he needed to do and locking down the price. He kept telling me that he knew better than me and over talking me. Very disrespectful. Who’s paying who? I told him to get out of my house. This company sucks, do not have anyone come to your home.

DO NOT USE!!!! Locked my Keys out of my car. Locksmith said he would be there in 20-30 minutes, but it took an hour and a half. First quoted me $135 when he arrived but then charged me $200, blocked me from moving my car until I paid. Said he couldn't do anything about the price since it was the company that charged. I tried calling but didn't get a response.
