Looked around for a highly recommend and rated locksmith to program and cut my trucks key fob and key. Allen's was highly rated and a local company. Dealer quoted me an outrageous amount for the work and Allen's beat the price and was convenient enough to come to my residence within minutes of the quoted phone call. The lock smith that came was highly professional, his workspace was very clean and organized, he provided a quality, valued, one of a kind touch to the service I wouldn't have gotten from a big box company or the dealership. I highly recommend this company!

Called company ask for a price over phone. The lady said she could not provide the whole price over phone. That her locksmith would give me a price before he goes to my house. I said ok fine calls me and gives me a estimate of 100 to 300. So I’m like ok. The locksmith shows up tells me that he has to buy the programming from dealer so that would be additional cost. Came out to 451. My mistake was paying for it upfront should have just cancel service. The locksmith was already starting to program the key then he tells me He can’t you have to buy an additional master key for an additional 250 in order for him to be able to program. I’m like what why and I told him if I would have token it to a dealership he would have charged me less. He told me they wouldn’t. So I start calling the dealership . I forgot I had Bluetooth on. He starts hanging up my calls through my cars buttons. So I took off my phone Bluetooth and called the dealership again. Dealership quotes me 350 to 370 for everything. Now the guy says I can do it couple minutes later it’s programmed what a coincidence. He expected me to buy an additional key that he needs to program to program another key. Don’t waste your money on these guys. Contact dealership first and other locksmith. Also the guy pretends to make phone calls I saw his phone should that it was still locked when pretending to call. And when he did have calls it was automatically on speaker.
