Not upfront about their pricing AT ALL. Was quoted $80 per lock and was charged $310 for 2 locks in the end. I understand that there might be additional fees for work outside of regular business hours (this was around 7:00 PM), but that needs to be included in the quote. In fact, one of the people I spoke to said exactly that (prices are to be quoted before service). When I asked what happens when I’m quoted one price and charged considerably more than that, I was hung up on. After speaking to several people I was told it’s up to the locksmith to charge whatever they want. OK fine, but that needs to be included in the quote. Honestly, I should have refused to pay and that’s my mistake. Lesson learned. For anyone reading this I would recommend trying a different place.
