My entire nightmare is on videos (yes plural). Shahar did something to make my computer malfunction. HIS software does not work in some instances(mine). I had lost keys inside my home. My car was fine & had been started up and driven before I lost the keys. Nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I can prove that too. He said there was problems with my battery & demanded I purchase a new on. I have the receipt. I also purchased AAA. I had someone check the old battery and it was fine. I still had the NEW one installed and still his key does not work. Shahar's computer is wrong & he was rude until my neighbors came out and he saw he was on display with his attitude. Shahar seemed very 'male chauvinist' with his comments. He said "my love" when speaking with me which I found UNPROFESSIONAL and wondered if he understood English correctly because who would say that to a customer? I payed him $350. He promised to come back out and got no answer and voicemail not working. I will not trust a locksmith off Google again. I am waiting for my bank to refund me. I will have to send my car to the dealership once MY BANK REFUNDS MY MONEY. I would love Shahar to prove he didn't scam me. Everything was caught on videos. I have receipts from AAA ($wasted) and the new battery worth almost $200. I guess Shahar runs this company. He left his personal card which lists him as executive manager. No last name just SHAHAR, very clever in case something goes wrong. He just disappears. I don't have $350 to give away. I am a single mother struggling. I tried to be fair and got scammed. I can't reach anyone from the company now (if there are others). I would give them 0 stars of possible
