I was in a bind with both set of car keys lost at the same time. My car was not at home and was at the risk of being towed and ticketed. The technician who was sent out was patient, knowledgeable, and considerate as I was physically uncomfortable standing. He encouraged me to to get comfortable in my other vehicle while he worked on programming my new car key. He knocked on my vehicle as he approached as not to startle me. This gentleman mad a very bad day better .Thank you for giving my car and independence back..

You can always know when people are trying to con you out of money because something is strange about there reasoning. He suggested making a key for my lock for $6 since he couldn't copy the key I brought in for $2. What kind of locksmith can't copy a key? Some time later I went in there with both the locks I bought at the same time that used to the same key and ask him to make me a key for the lock. He sells new locks just like it for $15 but tried to charge me $12 a piece this time. When I agreed to $12 to have one key made he said he would have to charge me $25 since I had two locks.

Sharp's Lock & Alarm successfully replaced three locks on our doors so that we could use the same key. They ran into a couple of issues but were able to get the job done, they know what they're talking about and I would definitely use their service again.
