Battery was ready for me when I arrived. They rolled out their tool cart, proceeded to pull my old battery and cleaned the terminal and installed my new battery. They even hooked up a device to my data port as not to lose my pre-set radio stations.

Went in for scheduled replacement of iPhone battery. Worker messed with phone with old weak battery installed and claimed something was wrong with phone and wanted me to sign a release stating phone was broken before they installed new battery. The phone has always worked perfectly and has had no issues. It was working fine and he even called the office with it and received a call with it with no issues. Everything worked fine- just an old battery. After 10 minutes of testing the phone and it working perfectly and unable to duplicate any problems he thought might exist, he said I must sign that the phone was broke before he could work on it. These guys are amateurs with phone battery replacements and want you to hold them harmless for any screw-up they may incur - even with them testing the phone and unable to show it had any problem prior to new battery installation. I left with phone in hand and went to Cellular Madness on F street. They replaced the battery quickly, without problem, and the phone is still working 100%.

I ordered 2 phone batteries which the Grants Pass store needed to get from their Medford store (35 minutes away) . It has taken over 4 days and when I talked to the salesman on the phone I admit I was irate because its taken so long and each time I called he kept promising my batteries would be in the next day. I got upset with him and the conversation ended by him hanging up on me. Will never use this store again.
