My home warranty company assigned a claim to them. It took over a week for them to contact me and then schedule an appointment another week out. No big deal, but then they never showed up. I have tried to call/text/email them to have them complete the job for over a month. Both I and my warranty company cannot get in contact with anyone even after they sent a mass email saying they were there for all their clients. My complaint echoes others on Google. If you get to choose a company to work with, keep looking because these people don't seem to care.

Great. We ordered the rekey service from AHS home warranty. They came all the way from central Oregon to southeast Washington. David was very nice and professional. He also followed our requests to make the entire process contactless. I would strongly recommend C&D.

Machine and key works well. They want more money to smooth out the key?Really,? to file the key the way you are supposed to? A little expensive but worth the convenience.

They want more information than my name and phone number to have a key copied, have an out of country answering service, not worth my time to get a key made.
