I brought in a specific key to get cut and they messed it up and replaced it with a generic replacement. I understand that mistakes happen but I'd recommend a different locksmith if you have a key you care about.

A vehicle I recently purchased that required a smart key only came with one key and it didn't have the key fob. Within minutes an Emerald City locksmith had made me a copy of the key and programmed the smart key. No big deal except a couple nights later there was a freezing cold spell and I couldn't unlock my car. I called their 24hr hotline and ( again within minutes) one of their locksmiths had me in my vehicle. It was done complimentary at no charge even though it was likely the cold and not the key they made that had me locked out. A few days later I stopped in because they didn't want to take any chances it was the key. Even though it worked fine now they made a new one for free, made me another at cost...and gave me the first one back as a backup. You don't get this kind of fast professional service let alone the friendly attitude and generosity from most businesses. These guys are the best. And this happened a month ago but the treatment and service was so good how could I forget to come back and do a review?!

Only place I found in last 2 months in either Linn County or Lane that could give me a new key for my Lexus. Simon was quick and courteous and we were so impressed with his prices that we had him also make a spare key for our Crossfire. His investments in that expensive equipment was WORTH gold to us! No one else had ‘The Right Stuff’!
