We live all the way out in Mill city Oregon. It's a good 40 miles or so from Salem. We called them up to try and help us since we don't have a local locksmith around here. It was no problem for them to send someone out to us. Triston arrived within an hour. He was so incredibly kind and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a nicer gentleman. Although he was unable to help us (the wrong key was put into our car and broke inside the ignition, we have a high-tech security lock that only dealerships can open.) He really gave it his all and tried for over an hour! He only charged us for the drive out here and gave us some referrals. Even though he couldn't help he left such a good impression on me that if in the future I ever need any kind of lock assistance they'll be the first company I call. Thank you J&L!

Jessie was amazing! Super sweet and kind! He helped me twice and did amazing work! My ignition lock cylinder was going bad, he fixed it for $350-450 the first time and they have a 90 day warranty, and exactly 90 days it went out again and he helped me again under warranty! They come to you and are available a lot! Thank you!

Excellent service. Was able to meet with him at another job site and he was flexible with scheduling. 2 new keys and a remote for my 2011 Suburban for $130. All other places I called said they couldn't program it because I only had 1 key and the Chevy dealership wanted way too much $$$. I will be calling them for all my future key needs.

Aaron is a great locksmith. Works out of the back of his van and is mobile. Picks up his phone right away and is fast at responding to customers needs. I had him make some copies of my brass office key that another locksmith was not able to do correctly. While he was at it I asked if he could also make another key and fob for my pickup. He had all the tools with him and did that as well all within the span of about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend his services if you're looking for someone who knows his stuff.
