I called, asked about fees. Rep kept going on and on and on and on about how they can price match and gave me two figures. I asked multiple times for my TOTAL cost before agreeing. Keep in mind, I am locked outside my home with a baby, I don't have time to hear a rehearsed sales pitch. I told the guy "I dont wanna be rude but I'm locked outside my home and I need help now, can u just give me a total so I know exactly what ur gonna charge". He got very upset that I cut his sales pitch and said he didnt wanna help me anymore. I called someone else and got wayyyy better service and quick. Things to improve: SERVICE, SPEED, LISTENING TO CUSTOMERS NEEDS and FIGURE OUT UR PRICES

That nonsense about "key may appear different... original factory specs..." is hooey, as I have twice copied brand new keys with the new copy not looking exactly like the original. Still, after a dozen or so keys, I have yet to have one fail, and my latest copy is no exception. Perhaps if they had a clamp like that other company's machine, the copies would be truer to the originals. Can't beat the price or the convenience.

The machine said that it could not make a duplicate, then would not release the key. The store tried rebooting (turn off and back on) several times. Minute Key does not have 24/7 support, like their website says. They work 8-5 Monday through Friday. So if there is a problem...
