I had Clyde’s replace 11 door latches on my property. The installation was done in a timely matter and all of the latches and locks worked well. Two years later the front indoor latch became loose. I could not get the cover off to tighten the screws. After a few weeks of getting looser it fell off. I brought it into the shop to be repaired and gave them my name and phone number which they wrote on a post it note. I didn’t hear from them for two weeks so I stopped back in. They told me it could not be repaired and ordered a replacement. I didn’t hear from them for a few weeks so I stopped back in. They said the part was not in yet and took down my information on a post it note again (I guess they lost the first one). I waited two more weeks and stopped back in. They told me they needed to order a new door latch and asked if I had the old one. I told them they took the broken one eight weeks ago. I did not want to continue my business there so I told them I would go somewhere else. I believe I was very patient with them, gave them plenty of time, and multiple chances to repair/replace the part. Very disappointed.
