My rating is for the price only. The technician came and he explained what was the situation and the outcome but I think $220 to break a lock to open the door, not to mention $29.00 just to come to the site, is too much. And after breaking your lock they will charge you extra $50.00 to replace it. At the end we paid $272.00 to open a locked door and still have a damaged lock. I won't use them again. What a rip off!
