Called for a service. Rep stated it'd be approx $70 if job took under an hour with a 35min wait time. When keysmith arrived job took 45 seconds and told me the price is now $450 due to type of lock and that they drove from Missouri. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE NOT LOCAL to LVCO. When calling back the rep for clarification on sticker shock, she put me on hold for 45min before I gave up and called back. Asked to talk to a manager and she put me on hold and they never answered. After 15min they hung up on me. I would give ZERO STARS if I could.

I called to see if they can make a key for 2010 kia soul. A price they gave me was $109 plus $20 to show up. Went to ace hardware, $4.15 for the key. This company is a joke.

Tech was quick for taking a broken key out of the ignition, and was kind to me and my husband. But Beware!!! This is a not a local locksmith. Person on the phone stated initial prices and could go up(which is expected), but did not disclose repair persons location to my location, which racked up the bills since he drove 1hr+ to get to me. I wish they would've told me prior to them coming out. Also, I was not able to use the online coupon due to the coupon only valid for "cash only or in KCMO" but there are no terms listed on the website. My lesson learned.
