When I called I was told it was $29.99 for the service call, then the price could range from $19.99 to $200 depending on the security of the lock. Well, it was just a simple door handle, no deadbolt or anything, and the man that came charged me $115, and said, "Well, I only make a percentage, and I need to make money!" Yes, he lived close and once he called, he was here in 15 minutes, and he got my door open within three minutes, but he was WAY to expensive! I would NOT use this company ever again.
