Very unprofessional! When I entered Thrasher, I was moved by the positive quotes the owner posted on the bulletin board within his facility. Great messages were posted but it was clear that he didn't write or took the time to read them. When he entered the building that energy changed dramatically... As I stood in his establishment patiently waiting to compliment him on the bulletin board and build a new relationship with a black business owner within the community, his first words to me were (how can I help you? since you're standing in the middle of my floor like you pay bills here). Verbatim. I immediately made the choice to spend my money elsewhere because I didn't like how unprofessional and aggressive he came off... I do not recommend this business at all... From a kiosk machine in Kroger... Bought a copy of my apartment complex gate card. Machine couldn’t dispense it immediately but I bought it anyway. Delivered right on time by post office, key card works great.

The order was reasonably priced, timely delivered, and my keys were to order. They work better than the worn originals. I did key cutting in malls, not blowing smoke!
