Omg, this place was just what the doctor ordered. I faxed, copied, printed, used their computer and laughed the entire time. They are friendly, professional, funny, they know their customers, referred me to a mechanic, treat newbies like me well. Owner and staff are amazing very nice people to do business with. Get everything you need under one roof.

Very unprofessional! When I entered Thrasher, I was moved by the positive quotes the owner posted on the bulletin board within his facility. Great messages were posted but it was clear that he didn't write or took the time to read them. When he entered the building that energy changed dramatically... As I stood in his establishment patiently waiting to compliment him on the bulletin board and build a new relationship with a black business owner within the community, his first words to me were (how can I help you? since you're standing in the middle of my floor like you pay bills here). Verbatim. I immediately made the choice to spend my money elsewhere because I didn't like how unprofessional and aggressive he came off... I do not recommend this business at all... Thrasher locksmithing inc. If you're looking for a professional and kind locksmith please refer to A-Reliable keys. You can tell that the owner of this business not only care's about his company but also his customers and reputation.. A-Reliable key highly recommended. Another black owned business..
