My car key snapped and the remaining half was stuck in the keyhole. I drove over to his shop and he got the key out in less than 30 seconds. He was very professional and has reasonable prices for getting keys duplicated.

From a kiosk machine in Kroger... Bought a copy of my apartment complex gate card. Machine couldn’t dispense it immediately but I bought it anyway. Delivered right on time by post office, key card works great.

They were fast and prompt. But I will not use them again. $150 charge to simply unlock my car. I feel like I was taken advantage of. A friend of mine was charged $60 for the same service, different company.

Wasted time collecting all my information before telling me they won't perform services unless I somehow magically teleport to the location my driver locked his keys in the truck. It's not like I didn't tell the Indian guy who answered that I was 300mi away within the first three seconds of the call.

They came out at 2 to 3 am. In the morning and unlocked my door, like two weeks ago, they was very nice and professiona and even waited while I went to the Atm to get money out of my bank. I would use them again if I needed to.

I called at 7:51pm, they said a technician would call me rite away. It’s 39 degrees I’m sitting outside the car 8:19 when I call them back to see what’s going on. Apologized and said someone would contact me. At 8:32pm they call me and tell me there’s no locksmith in my area and just hang up. Mediocre service.
