I called for a tow for my Aunt who was locked out of her vehicle and her phoned died while calling me for assistance. The key was in the trunk. The operator checked address of location & stated she will have the driver call me when he gets to her. The driver called 20min later, verified me and my Aunty’s information, put me on hold, then hung up. I reiterated to him her phone died. A dispatcher later called 17min later and stated the driver did not have a contact number for the pick up but I reiterated she is a woman, alone in the Aldis parking lot and her phone died. He said ok. 2 hours later the lady calls back and says they were calling to quote a price (on what service??). I explained the driver never showed and that’s messed up, she stated “Well that’s ok and since my aunt received help, have a good day, I said no ma’am that’s not right and she hung up on me! Poor Quality!! BUYER BEWARE

Very unprofessional! When I entered Thrasher, I was moved by the positive quotes the owner posted on the bulletin board within his facility. Great messages were posted but it was clear that he didn't write or took the time to read them. When he entered the building that energy changed dramatically... As I stood in his establishment patiently waiting to compliment him on the bulletin board and build a new relationship with a black business owner within the community, his first words to me were (how can I help you? since you're standing in the middle of my floor like you pay bills here). Verbatim. I immediately made the choice to spend my money elsewhere because I didn't like how unprofessional and aggressive he came off... I do not recommend this business at all... Thrasher locksmithing inc. If you're looking for a professional and kind locksmith please refer to A-Reliable keys. You can tell that the owner of this business not only care's about his company but also his customers and reputation.. A-Reliable key highly recommended. Another black owned business..
