I cannot legitimately rate this company because I was not able to have them come out for service. I had a truck that I needed to get into and the key was lost. So I told them that I am in need of them to come out and program a key. They informed me that they would have their Tech call me back within five minutes. 20 minutes later I called them and said hey I am still waiting for a call from your Tech. The first person hung up on me whenever I said that. When I called back a different person answered the phone and said they would have their Tech call me back within five minutes. 20 minutes later I called again, the phone was answered, and then immediately hung up before I could say anything. This happened four times. I called back from a different phone and they answered! I see that they have several high ratings, but that was not my experience today. I don't like to do negative reviews but the service was so bad, and I was in a position of need, and they were not accommodating, and even rude. My suggestion is for you to use someone else.
