One of the locks on our office door was getting jammed. I called them and The tech was out at our office building in under 30mins! He let me know what needed to be done. He was professional, friendly, honest, and very responsive. I would highly recommend!! We will definitely use their locksmith services again.

The mailbox key made from the kiosk in Bed, Bath and Beyond arrived timely and worked great.

The kiosk process was relatively simple. More expensive than other key copying services, but the choice of personalized keys was appealing. Not sure of the security of having my home keys mailed to me...but they did arrive in a few days and worked PERFECTLY.

I asked the price 3 time before they came out. I was told $80. The tech did not give the price until he was done. They are a bait and switch company!!!! The cost was $229. Call a company that is honest this one is not!! They matter worse after this review was posted originally. The owner asked me to reach out to him by email. I did and the has not been any response back. All this does is let me know my original post was exactly right. People do not use this company!
