Was told approximately $65 to come out and would be given an estimate upfront of actual charges. 10 minutes later I'm hit with a $270 charge with NO explanation, will never recommend or use this shady business again. I contacted them to rekey my office door (1) that was on a master. The lady purposely failed to mention that there was an additional $199.00 charge for a master lock. He hands me a $328.00 bill for being here 10 minutes. I want everyone to know that they are a ripoff services. Please find someone else for Locksmith services.

Contacted them to fix my ingniton lock assembly for my son's car. It was sticking whenever you tried to turn the key to run. It would do this every so often but I figured I would see about just replacing it. The tech showed up on time and was polite at the beginning. After about 20 or so minutes of him tinkering with the assembly he said he couldn't fix it. I told him that the key and cylinder was turning before he showed up and now it isn't. He said it's because it's an old car and recommended that I do "surgery" on it and take out a piece to bypass the auto lock? I told him I didn't know what I was doing and he said sure you do and closed up his van and said I owed him $29. So basically I wasted $29 and now I can't even start the car. Decided to order an entirely new assembly. Will not recommend this company or hire them again. Very disappointing.

Every once in awhile you get a stellar customer service experience that restores your faith in transactional business. I recently had that with Freddie and his crew. They worked with me over several weeks to get the measurements right for my glass inserts. Talked to the supplier. And ultimately installed them. I am very happy with the finished project and with their degree of service. I appreciate the continuity of their customer relationship. Definitely highly recommend.
