I accidentally put the wrong key fob into my ignition, and the car locked up on me. I called & spoke with Matt, he was extremely honest and provided great advice to get the key out. He ensured me that we could get it out before I would be charged any fees. Most places were charging an arm & leg and really didn't care what the problem was. If I ever need a locksmith, I am definitely calling Matt with Key Plus! Thanks again Matt.

My son was out of town and this company came out to make a key last minute on the spot when he was already supposed to be going to another call. I cannot even explain how much I appreciate your EXPRESS service in this situation where he was 3 hours from home. I am so glad that I somehow found this company to come out and handle this. If you need a key cut these are your people! After he cut the key my son found his keys so he charged him less as well, which is completely BEYOND 5-star service. Mr. Sean is great! He’s good at what he does and is very professional. I had a complexed lockout in a bmw and NO locksmith wanted to help, they seemed intimidated or maybe lacked the skill. Needless to say Sean got to my location in 30mins and got me in my vehicle no time! GREAT SERVICE!!!!
