WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!!! When I first called to get someone to come help was quoted around $55. All I needed was to get into my car cause I was locked out. The technician then tried to tell me $300 after he was done...!!! I was very suspicious at this point, so I called the headquarters again. One of the ladies that I spoke with even told me that sounded too high, so she said she was going to reach out to the supervisor and get back with me (she didn't). His price went down to $280, $250, $240 and then the final which was $220... Not to mention the whole time the technician was threatening to lock me back out/call the cops on me for not paying... Tried to reach back out to the headquarters. I was put on hold multiple times and finally got through. Could not get a straight answer as far as rates go. She just kept telling me "it depends on what kind of tools they use." All he used were a couple pump wedges to get in and a long wire to unlock it.. I ended up giving him $200 just so he would leave me alone. Horrible company. Very poor communication. People beware.

I used this company and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. From the knowledge of the technician to the friendly staff I spoke to when calling...thank you for making a trying time a little bit easier to deal with. Definitely going to use them again.

The service and scheduling went fine and was timely. I had an inexpensive Amazon Basics safe I needed opened. I was told on the phone that pricing starts at $65 and there would be an additional $20 cost for coming out to my house. I was told over the phone the lock would just be drilled and destroyed - same in person. I asked about the price before work started because I thought it should not be higher than $65 for such a simple job. This was confirmed, paraphrasing, yes, $65 this is a simple job. Then the guy is leaving and I need to pay - no it's not $65. Long story short it's about $150 in total including the $20 fee. I expected to pay around $85 plus a little more for tax and tip. This felt very scam-like and made me really uncomfortable the way the pricing was made up and inflated at the end of the transaction. The person who arrived also gave me his card and kept suggested multiple times that I call him directly for any future work. Bottom line is this seems like it got contracted out to someone is used to conning people out of money in an unprofessional and skeezy way. Be warned and diligent on pricing before work starts if you use this company.
