He then came back the next day and helped me recover my keypad code for no additional cost. I will never be in this situation again. Very thankful!

I called to get a new key for my car at 730 and they said I couldn’t be helped until 4 the next day. This is supposed to be an emergency and 24/7 hour service. Then tried to quote me $400 for a 2012 Chevy impala. Then when i looked up the pricing on average how much key replacements should be, it’s normally 75-200 bucks. Total price gouging
